Chapter Six: Winter Kiss

The week passed swiftly for Gunnar. His schoolwork mounted as his various classes piled on the homework, leaving little time to dwell on Mindy. What moments weren't consumed by his part-time job and school, were stolen my Maeve.

“She has a cute ass,” Maeve giggled as she sat on his lap in the Commons. Her lips were near his ear. “What do you think?”

Gunnar glanced at the girl Maeve pointed out, her ass swaying in a pair of skin-tight jeans, a thong peaking out the back, covering a tribal tramp stamp. “Definitely. She might as well be naked.”

Maeve let out a wicked laugh. “That sounds nice.”

Gunnar had girl-watched with Ethan and his other friends before. It was strange to do it with a girl. It's even stranger when she's sorta my girlfriend. But Maeve had a discerning eye. She always seemed to find the most beautiful woman to point out to him.

“I bet her ass would taste delicious,” she purred in his ear. “I'm getting wet just thinking about it. Imagine the fun we could have with her.”

“We?” Gunnar asked.

“Uh-huh. Doesn't that sound yummy. Two hot, horny women writhing in bed with you.”

“You are one of a kind, Maeve,” he grinned.

“I know,” she beamed.

Every night during the week, Maeve had slept over at his apartment. Gunnar wasn't even surprised to find her waiting inside his apartment. He didn't ask how she had gotten a key. When he walked in and saw her only in the apron as she cooked dinner, he really didn't care.

Maeve had a great ass.

She squirmed on his lap. “Umm, you like her ass, don't you. Your little warrior is getting excited.”

“That would be the memory of your naked ass,” Gunnar answered.

Her smile grew. “So I have an ass that inspires such devotion from your little warrior? Is he rising to attention out of respect?”

“Definitely. He will always rise to pay his respects to you and your divine ass.”

“Good.” A twinkle entered her green eyes. Maeve squirmed again. “He feels very excited. Perhaps he should be allowed to practice his maneuvers.”

Gunnar glanced at a clock hanging on the far wall and groaned. “After class, he'll be more than happy to.”

Maeve pouted. “I'll be a little late tonight. There's a sorority thing.”

“Are you and Magda going to...?” Gunnar swallowed.

“Fuck?” she asked, saying the word slow, letting it almost roll off her tongue. “Is that a problem?”

“No,” he answered. There was no doubt she was bisexual. He could never fully satiated her needs. “I guess not. She's your friend, right.”

“Not my lover,” she smiled, leaning in to give him a fleeing kiss on the lips. “I'll tell you all the details tonight. No school tomorrow, right?”

“Yeah, it's the weekend? Did you forget it's Friday?”

“I...yeah, I forgot. I was so wrapped up with you.” She slid off his lap. “I guess I should get to class, too.”

“Have fun,” he smiled. He had wanted to say one last thing, but he hesitated.

Maeve gave him a questioning look as he worked his mouth.
